Booking Terms and Conditions

As we are a shared space we ask guests to be mindful of others during their stay and to follow the terms below;

DAMAGE: damage, breakages, and accommodations left in an unreasonable state will be charged accordingly

FIRES: No fires, inc fire poi or fire pits

MUSIC: We hope you will enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of our local bird songs instead of playing music. If you would like to listen to music please use headphones.

NOISE: Quiet time after 10pm, please move inside if you wish to keep chatting and be mindful of your noise

SMOKING: We would like to keep the lodge and surrounding 100ac bush smoke-free.

BEHAVIOUR: To be respectful and polite to everyone on site. Anyone behaving in an aggressive or inappropriate way may be asked to immediately leave and forfeit any refund.

WASTE: Please limit the amount of plastic you bring and use our designated recycling bins provided.

ALCOHOL: We allow a low level of alcohol consumption: ie: one or two social drinks a day. However, we do not tolerate excessive drinking or drinking games. Spirits and liqueurs are not allowed on site. Intoxicated people will be asked to leave and forfeit any refund.

DRUGS: We have a zero-tolerance policy for the use of illegal or recreational drugs on site. Immediate eviction, no refund. We will not hesitate to call the police if we feel any behaviour is of concern to guests or staff.

DOGS: As we are working to resort our natural surrounding bush no dogs are allowed to stay on-site overnight. Any dogs on-site must be kept on a leash at all times.

Anyone not complying with these policies may be asked to leave immediately with no refund given

Property Cancellation Policy

100% refund = Less than 48 hours since booking, and with at least 14 days notice before check-in time

50% refund = More than 48 hours since booking, and with more than 7 days notice before check-in time

0% = Less than 7 days before check-in time
